“Arise, shine; for your light has come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you. For behold darkness shall cover the earth, and deep darkness the people; But the Lord will arise over you, and His glory will be seen over you. The Gentiles shall come to your light, and the kings to the brightness of your rising.” Isaiah 60:1-3 The majority of Christians believe that the rapture of the church could take place at any time and that the unbelievers left behind will have to endure the Great Tribulation with the anti-Christ ruling the nations. There is another big move of God coming that is described in the above printed scripture. There is great darkness covering the earth today, and the vast majority of humanity are blinded by Satan, he seems to have them in his grip. However Isaiah says, “But the Lord will arise over you, and His glory will be seen over you. The Gentiles shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising.” This is the next big revelation of God to His church. The glory of the Lord seen over the church and kings to the brightness of your (church) rising. In order for the church of to day (The Laodiceans) to reach that kind of stature of glory and light as described in the quoted scriptures, something miraculous has to happen. And it is going to happen, and very soon. In Romans Paul reveals what is in store for the church. 8:18 “For I consider that the sufferings of the present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us (disciples). 19. For the earnest expectation of creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God. 20. for the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it in hope. 21. Because the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. 22. For we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs to gather until now. 23. Not only that, but we (overcomes) also who have the first fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for the adoption, the redemption of our body.” There were three major feasts that the Jews were commanded to keep yearly. Of these three, two have been fulfilled by Jesus. He fulfilled Passover on the very day that the Jews celebrated this feast, by dying on the cross for our sins. When the day of Pentecost, had fully come, the hundred and twenty were gathered at one place, when they were baptized with the Holy Spirit. This was what John the Baptist preached, that “I baptize you with water but He (Jesus) that comes after me, He shall baptize you with the Holy Spirit and with Fire.” We can read about Jesus fulfilling these feasts in the gospels. However there was a third feast, the Feast of Tabernacles that was to be kept towards the end of each year by every Jew, and which Jesus came to fulfill just as He did the first two. Tabernacles was kept during harvest time and now that we are in the end time harvest, Jesus will reveal Himself at this celebration of Tabernacles. There is no record in the scripture that Jesus fulfilled this feast during His ministry on earth or for that matter in the last two thousand years. These experiences that we as Christians can have are to help us walk our Christ like life as a disciple of Christ, and to bring us to the fullness of what He wants every one of us to be. These are stepping stones that the Lord leads us through to strengthen us. Just like the disciple needed the Holy Spirit baptism for power to witness, (You shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you. Acts 1:8) so also every believer needs the baptism with fire to receive Holiness and Righteousness that we cannot attain to on our own, just as the disciples could not have the power they needed, even though Jesus had breathed (their salvation) on them in the room behind closed doors, they still were to wait till they received the power from on high. (Read Tommy Hick’s Vision on my web-site) Sadly to say there are many that the Lord wants to anoint with this cleansing fire but many will not receive it. (Malachi 3: 2&3) “But who can endure the day of His coming? And who can stand when He appears? For He is like a refiner’s fire and like a launderers’ soap. 3. He will sit as a refiner and purifier of silver; He will purify the son’s of Levi, (priests) and purge them as gold and silver that they may offer to the Lord an offering of righteousness. This outpouring of holiness and righteousness is what will happen at the feast of Tabernacles. Just as Jesus went up to the last feast of Tabernacles secretly during His ministry on earth, He will appear secretly at this next great move of God. He will manifest Himself to those that are awaiting His appearing. Titus 2:13 & 14 “looking for that blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works.” Also 1 John 3:2 “Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He shall appear, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is.” You have probably heard it said that “no one will be perfect till we get to heaven till we get our glorified bodies.” I do not believe that this is what the scriptures teach. The purpose of God sending Jesus into the world is two fold. God is not willing that anyone perishes, however His main purpose is to prepare a bride for Himself, “not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish.” Eph. 5:27 This bride is to reign and rule with Him during the thousand year that Revelation speaks about. If Jesus Christ cannot perfect His bride here on this earth, it seems to me that he failed to fulfill and accomplish what He set out to do when He came to earth to prepare a bride for Himself. I believe that according to Romans 8: 18--23 we see that how Tabernacles will be fulfilled. “For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. For the earnest expectation of creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God. For creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it in hope, because creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs together until now. Not only that but we that have the first fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for the adoption, the redemption of our bodies.” The bride of Christ will be birthed from within the church. This can be seen in Revelation 12: The woman great with child and brings forth a man child. This woman is not Israel or Mary, but the church. The man child (Bride) they are the manifested sons of God of Romans 8. I will not go into detail, but anyone wanting to pursue this topic, go to my web-site Triune Last Days and look up Interpreting Scripture. It is during the Thousand Year Reign that the revealed sons of God will be ministering in the power of the Holy Spirit through the five fold ministries (gifts) that the church, the body of Christ, will come into perfection and the unity of the faith. Ephesians 3: 12.
When Jesus spoke to his disciples in Luke 13:32 he was not referring to twenty-four hour days, but was rather referring to one thousand year days. (2 Peter 3:8) Behold I cast out demons today and tomorrow and the Third day (millennium) I am perfected. Jesus did not need perfecting, but He is the head, we the church are His body, and we do need perfecting. Jesus without the body is not complete, and the church needs perfecting. The revealed sons of God will be doing the greatest ministry throughout the world. Matthew 24:14 “And the Gospel of the Kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all nations, and then the End will come. This gospel will not only be for salvation, but to bring the church into the kingdom, to perfect His body and prepare the church for Christ’s coming for a church that is without spot or wrinkle. It is here at this time that the church is caught up (raptured). And we shall ever be with the Lord. Amen. Halleluiah Dave Loewen Triune Last Days Ministry |
